Charaster alternatives
Charaster is an online tool that lets you create ASCII diagrams by rastering characters instead of single pixels and lets you create ASCII diagrams. This browser-based program gives you access to your drawings from any device with a browser. It’s designed to be simple and intuitive, so even non-programmers can jump right in. This is useful for web developers, artists, and writers to create diagrams and flowcharts or just play around with some ASCII art.
For example, it supports a very basic layer system and allows for very basic node movement. It also supports page navigation and keyboard shortcuts such as delete, save and undo. You draw the characters directly with your keyboard by typing the character codes rather than clicking on an onscreen keyboard. Letters and numbers are represented by line-based characters, which can be drawn using a mouse, but there are also special shapes for drawing more complex things like circles and box-shapes.
