CrossLoop alternatives
CrossLoop was a popular screen-sharing software that enabled people to work in a single environment by connecting to each other’s PCs. It was easy to understand and required no formal education from its users. Furthermore, it made configuration a whole lot easier by removing barriers like router/firewall settings. The software was user-friendly and fast, consuming around 60 seconds for installation.
Once the installation was complete, the user could quickly jump into a friend’s PC through the Join Tab or provide access to another individual through the Host tab. Moreover, to provide security, the requester was asked to enter a 12 digit code before being granted access to the Computer. Crossloop also gave users multiple skins to apply on their tabs; options included were Pink lemonade, Aqua, Nebula, and Jungle. The most liked feature was the option to create a personal profile, which recorded the user’s login history and stored it in a separate section for them to access anytime.
