CSVJSON is a textual format for tabular data where each line has zero or more valid JSON values, which are separated by commas. It is one of the simple textual data formats that is mostly used for exchanging tabular data between programs and systems for many years. There are various shortcomings, making it not to use in programs or system such as Character encoding of string values is not specified, no standard way to specify null values, no standard escaping rules, in particular for values containing newlines, no way to have object values, array values, and many others.
