Hmonitor alternatives
Hmonitor is a multifunctional hard monitoring program for up to 8 editions of the Windows operating system. It reads the data from some optional hardware chips known as sensors, and most modern mainboards have these sensors installed. However, if your board does not have such chips, then Hmonitor is useless for you. The functions of this platform are limited as there are some chips that are still not supported by this system.
Currently, this system supports one hundred and eighty sensor chips to monitor their activities of the hardware part of the CPU while providing you with real-time pictures. Some chips require additional customization of this tool to read data from them, while most of the other boards are capable of measuring only one system temp. There are also some boards that contain the non-standard CPU sensors address assignment.
This tool is capable of creating the display of HDD temperatures from SMART attributes, and this option is enabled by default after the installation has used monopoly access to the whole drives. However, this problem has not been resolved in the latest version. This simple tool integrates plenty of data into its small interface. If your system has been unstable recently for instance because of the overheating of any component, you need Hmonitor to check the system health status with a glance.
