Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu is an Adventure-based, Role-playing, Single and Multiplayer video game by Genki. It takes place in an environment where most of the area is covered in a dense forest populated by bizarre, mostly deadly monsters called Minions. The only safe havens are small village one of that is the home of a protagonist named Levant. He is a young Cocoon Master whose task is to capture those Minions.
The gameplay of the game consists of various levels, and at each level, the player captures a certain amount of Minions. As the capture level increases, it will help the player to catch powerful monsters further easily. After the main storyline is completed, the game enters into the new area called The Eternal Corridor that consists of a near-infinite area.
