ObjectAid alternatives
ObjectAid is a UML modeling tool that helps you create class and sequence diagrams. The tool is an alternate to PowerDesigner, Visio, and Rational Rose. ObjectAid lets you diagram the system elements in order to specify relationships between them. The first step is to enter all necessary classes as a single diagram. You can start this by adding one or more classes from the Class palette onto the diagram and then connecting it to other classes using the connector tool. You can start with a simple or complex class structure and extend it by simply annotating a diagram using a UML class diagram.
Once the connection is established, it becomes possible to add more classes from different Palettes. You can also drag and drop the classes from the Palettes onto the diagram. Once all classes are added, it is possible to create a sequence diagram for this design. This diagram takes the form of a tree structure that defines the Sequential Flow of system elements through their life cycle. After the sequence diagram is done, you can add a class from the Sequence palette at the root level of the diagram. All in all, ObjectAid is a great tool that you can consider among its alternatives.
