Picross 3D: Round 2 is a Puzzle, Adventure, and Single-player video game developed by HAL Laboratory. It is the sequel to the Picross 3D game and follows the same gameplay. Throughout the gameplay, the player finds himself on a three-dimensional puzzle board with the mission to solve them. In each puzzle, players must determine the numbers on rows and columns and paint them to reveal a hidden 3D model.

As the player progresses, the puzzle reveals a model of either an object or a famous character. Each puzzle possesses two kinds of colored blocks, and the player must paint them accordingly. Blue blocks represent straight square blocks, and orange blocks will transform the picture into curved blocks.

The game allows the player to use flags and highlight potential blocks. It is possible to use bombs and quickly clear rows and columns without any blocks.
