ScrollMagic is an open-source JavaScript library that provides you with magical scroll interactions. It enables you to respond to the current scroll position of the user and is best if you would like to animate based on scroll position by starting an animation or syncing it to the movement of the scrollbar. It is also great for pinning an element at a certain scroll position forever or for a specific amount of scroll progress.

The library allows you to toggle on and off CSS classes of elements based on scroll position and makes it easy to add parallax effects to the website without hassle. Other than these features, ScrollMagic has the capability to create an infinitely scrolling page and add callbacks at certain scroll positions when scrolling beyond a specific area or getting ahead of a progress parameter.
