SimEarth: The Living Planet alternatives
SimEarth: The Living Planet is a Single-player Life-Simulation developed by Maxis for Mac and DOS. The game takes you to the 2D environment where you assume the role of a king who can vary the atmosphere and landmasses of a planet, and can place different forms to life on the planet to watch how they evolve.
The game features a random planet setting without any specific goals to complete. Eight different scenarios may have challenging goals, and the first three are Modern-day Earth, Cambrian Earth, and Aquarium – involving the development of the planet Earth in different ways through a series of stages.
The remaining four scenarios are Ice Planet, Dune, Venus, and Mars, which involve terraforming other planets to support life. The game puts the player in control of a world and displays you a panel to regulate everything from gases.
Lots of challenging levels are there, and each one level requires the completion of specific objectives to complete. SimEarth: The Living Planet includes prominent features such as 2D Display, Several Planets, Smooth Controls, and more.
