Vinagre alternatives
Vinagre is a Virtual Network Computing client to remotely access desktop computers. Vinagre is specifically made for GNOME operating system. It allows you to connect with multiple computers simultaneously using VNC servers. Switch between multiple tabs to monitor every PC individually. Some of the features of Vinagre are that you can keep track of your most-used connections, track your recently used network, and browse VNC servers to see the status of connected PCs. You don’t need to enter the password credentials every time a new PC is connected; GNOME Keyring does it all automatically.
SSH (Secure Shell) support makes it secure even over an unsecured network. You don’t need to worry about commands and password security. It has an average video frame rate and color depth. You can copy-paste from the clipboard, but file transfer and audio support are not available. Vinagre comes with GNOME operating system. Other supported protocols include Microsoft RDP and SPICE.
