Argon alternatives
Argon is software that provides an entry-level 3D modeling experience with the main focus on high-precision modeling tools. To create an object, you first have to choose an object type to work with, then the desired properties for that object. It’s important to note that Argon adopts a generic approach in their modelers, allowing users to choose from a variety of different features that include basic shapes such as cubes, cylinders, spheres, and torus, as well as more complex objects such as trees, walls, robots, and other mechanical devices.
It is also possible to create a simple object in Argon without ever selecting a specific object type. After selecting a shape, Argon shows the name of the shape and prompts the user to fill in its properties. It can be used to produce models for printing and other uses and can be used to create art such as architectural drawings, 3D animation, and more. Redesigned from the ground up, Argon is built for speed with 100% native file support, real-time mirroring, and a robust set of primitives and brushes.
