AWS Transfer for SFTP alternatives
AWS Transfer for SFTP is a service for Amazon S3 that allows you to move your file transfer workloads to AWS without needing to modify your applications or manage any SFTP servers. This service, if provided on-premises, can be migrated to AWS for protection from unexpected workload disruption, like hardware failure, and to take advantage of AWS features and services, such as data encryption at rest, role-based access control, and direct integration with Amazon S3 storage.
With this service, you can seamlessly transfer large amounts of data on a regular basis. If you do not use an application server, you must modify your scripts or applications to use the AWS Transfer for SFTP interface instead of the underlying SFTP protocol. Transfer large amounts of data to and from your on-premises application servers to AWS. AWS Transfer for SFTP can simultaneously transfer multiple files that are up to terabytes in size.
