QuTTY is an ssh GUI for a Unix-like operating system. It is written in python, and it has a good look overall. It is a terminal emulator written in java. It supports the ssh1 and ssh2 protocols. TCP port forwarding in both directions. X11 forwarding can be requested from server to client or client to server. It provides proxy tunneling (SOCKS4/SOCKS5) and can be used for web proxies also. It allows you to connect via proxy and forward ports. The connection can be protected by password encryption.
It can break chrooted connections if you are chrooted into some directory. You can use the SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND variable to pass the original command to the sub-process if you want to execute some commands before or after connecting. You interact with this utility through a web interface.
