ufw KDE alternatives
ufw KDE is a full-fledged and intuitive Graphical User Interface built to help you manage Uncomplicated Firewall. The main purpose is to make it easy to control and configure ufw without hassle. It is written in C++, Python, and other programming languages/technologies. The supported features include Activating/deactivating firewall, the configuration of default settings of firewall, availability of settings of several IP tables modules, adding, editing, or removing rules, manipulation and creation of firewall profiles, and quick re-arrangement of rules through drag-and-drop.
The code is divided into 3 major components, namely the UFW interface, GUI, and KAuth helper. The GUI is the primary module for control, whereas the KAuth helper gets instructions from the control module, and after that, it calls the necessary python helper commands. The UFW interface executes each and every action upon UFW and is developed using Python to leverage UFW’s python API. The installation takes little time to complete, and every detail regarding it is provided on the GitHub page.
