Underscore Templates alternatives
Underscore Templates is a JavaScript library of useful functional programming helpers that provides support for common functional programming patterns. Many of the built-in functions you know from the Array prototype can now be called directly on objects, in addition to the usual array usage patterns. It’s a collection of cross-browser as well as cross-platform compatible JavaScript templates. It is designed to help you with data binding and AJAX and provide you with a lot of tiny useful helpers without enforcing any specific development workflow.
It works in all browsers, platforms, and even in older Internet Explorer. With Underscore.js, JavaScript developers can use the functional programming paradigm (map, reduce, filter, etc.) with any data type, including native objects such as Array and Object. Unlike other libraries, Underscore does not introduce new objects or types to the JavaScript language. It is a demonstration that many common collection operations are built-in to JavaScript and can be used in any circumstance.
